"What we see here are ultimately abstract compositions, (...) Definitely not photographically precise images, but horizons as character studies that try to make the essence of something as incomprehensible as the 'sea' visible. The eternal movement, the everlasting cycle, the incomprehensible and also the unsteady nature of the constantly changing manifestations, these are the themes and driving forces of her art."
